Todd was the project executive leading Choate’s team for work on Camp North End. We worked with him on several projects including office upfits and a parking deck.
In addition to understanding construction, he knows how to look at it from an owner’s perspective. This ability enabled us to work through some of the design, pricing, and execution issues common to commercial construction, particularly when you are building during a pandemic with supply chain issues so prevalent.
Todd is solid, very level-headed and understands construction. He knows how to handle people and when and how to push and pull so that you stay on track.
