My Story

As a fourth-generation builder and after 20 years of working mostly with the same company, I started a new journey. I went out on my own to start my own Design and Construction Management firm, Gaither Commercial.

My objective is to help clients realize their commercial construction plans and visions while levering their time and resources. My goal with each client is to provide leadership and to assist them with a myriad of needs from project planning, estimating and design facilitation to management of the project team, budget, schedules. and documentation.

A message of thanks to my previous employers and partners

I am incredibly appreciative of Choate Construction, my previous company, and all of the opportunities it provided me to work on an array of high-quality projects, many pictured here.
I learned something every day at Choate while working alongside a great team.
